Submit a bat record

There are several ways to send us a record.

Casual bat records – for one off records please use this recording form

Bat care records – If you are a registered Nottinghamshire Bat Group bat carer please report all bats using our bat care recording form

Bat detector records – statics only – the easiest method is to use our excel bat detector recording form and return to nottsbatrecords@gmail.com

Bat detector records – transects – most of the major sound analysis software packages are able to export data as a csv file see below for some exmaples.  Once you have labelled the calls please send the csv file to nottsbatrecords@gmail.com. Alternatively use the statics only excel form above and ensure that the minimum recording level is a 4 figure OS reference.
